A person who engages in conversations with Creator AIs

"AI" / "Creator AI"

The artificial intelligence model trained by a Creator to conduct conversations on their behalf

"Conversation"

Any text-based interaction between a User and a Creator AI

"Handle"

Your unique identifier on the Platform (e.g., txet.me/yourhandle)

3. Description of Service

3.1 What txet.me Does

txet.me is a platform that enables:

  • • For Creators: Create and train AI versions of yourself that conduct conversations on your behalf, while you actively monitor and can intervene or take over at any point to ensure quality and accuracy
  • • For Users: Engage in paid conversations backed by Creator expertise, where you benefit from instant AI responses combined with the Creator's ability to personally step in when needed
  • • For Both: A scalable hybrid model that combines AI efficiency with human expertise—Creators multiply their reach while maintaining quality control, and Users get responsive interactions with real expert oversight

3.2 How It Works

  1. Creators register, claim a unique handle, and train their AI using their own content and expertise
  2. Creators set pricing for conversations and configure their involvement preferences (how actively they want to monitor and intervene)
  3. Users discover Creators, pay for access, and initiate conversations
  4. Conversations begin with the Creator's AI responding based on its training, while the Creator monitors in real-time
  5. Creators actively oversee all conversations and can intervene, take over, or guide the AI at any point
  6. The hybrid model ensures Users get quick AI responses with Creator quality control and expertise when needed
  7. Platform facilitates payments, hosts conversations, provides real-time monitoring tools for Creators, and delivers the infrastructure

3.3 What We Are NOT

  • • We are NOT a professional services firm (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
  • • We are NOT responsible for the accuracy of AI responses
  • • We are NOT an employer or agent of Creators
  • • We are NOT a publisher or editor of Creator content
  • • We are NOT a substitute for human expertise in critical matters

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • • Not share your account with others
  • • Be at least 18 years of age

4.2 Creator Accounts

If you register as a Creator:

  • • You must provide accurate expertise and background information
  • • You may be required to verify your identity
  • • You are responsible for training and monitoring your AI
  • • You must set clear pricing and availability
  • • You agree to pay Platform fees (see Section 9)

4.3 User Accounts

If you register as a User:

  • • You must provide valid payment information
  • • You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account
  • • You understand that conversations use a hybrid model where Creator AIs provide responses while Creators actively monitor and can personally step in or take over at any time

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 General Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. You will NOT:

  • • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • • Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others
  • • Impersonate any person or entity
  • • Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
  • • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • • Attempt to access others' accounts or data

5.2 Prohibited Content

You will NOT upload, transmit, or generate Content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates privacy rights or contains personal information of others
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Creator Pricing

  • • Creators set their own prices for conversations with their AIs
  • • Pricing must be clear and displayed before Users initiate conversations
  • • Creators cannot change prices for ongoing conversations without User consent

9.2 Platform Fees

  • • Users are always informed that txet.me uses a hybrid model combining Creator AI with Creator oversight
  • • The conversation interface indicates when responses are AI-generated vs. when the Creator has personally stepped in
  • • Creator availability and involvement preferences are clearly stated on Creator profiles
  • • AI capabilities and limitations are transparently communicated to Users

⚠️ IMPORTANT: AI LIMITATIONS

  • • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
  • • AI cannot provide licensed professional services (legal, medical, financial advice) unless the Creator is licensed and explicitly offers such services
  • • AI may misunderstand context or provide responses that don't match intent
  • • AI should not be relied upon for critical decisions without independent verification
  • • Creators are responsible for monitoring and correcting their AI, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy

11.3 No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Unless a Creator is properly licensed and explicitly offers such services:

  • • AI responses are for informational purposes only
  • • AI responses do not constitute professional advice
  • • You should consult licensed professionals for critical matters
  • • We disclaim all liability for decisions made based on AI responses

12. What We DON'T Allow

In line with our commitment to transparency, here's what is explicitly prohibited:

12.1 Prohibited Creator Activities

Impersonation

Creating AIs that impersonate other real people without authorization (your AI impersonating you is the intended use)

Deception About the Model

Hiding that the Platform uses a hybrid AI+Creator model, or falsely claiming all responses are solely from you personally

Credential Fraud

Falsifying qualifications or expertise

Content Theft

Training AIs on stolen or unauthorized content

12.2 Prohibited User Activities

Reverse Engineering

Attempting to extract or copy Creator AI models

Harassment

Using conversations to harass, threaten, or abuse Creators

Data Harvesting

Systematically collecting Creator information or AI responses

Payment Fraud

Disputing legitimate charges or using stolen payment methods

14. Disclaimers

14.1 Service "AS IS"

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • • Warranties of accuracy or reliability of AI responses
  • • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • • Warranties that the Platform will meet your requirements

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
